Evercroft was created by John and Cristina around a problem many families eventually face: as parents get older, the work of managing the house does not get smaller—and adult children often become the default coordinator from across town or across the country.
Our goal is to give older homeowners and their families a reliable home-management relationship: a company that knows the property, keeps the plan organized, helps coordinate what needs attention, and follows through without taking control away from the homeowner.
